The Boot Camp is a unique cardio-conditioning session that will compliment other weekly activities that you are participating in. A variety of interval drills, total body conditioning drills, agility drills and flexibility exercises are employed to challenge you physically and mentally. The exercise format is challenging by design; however, different fitness levels can participate because you can set your own pace during the exercises. The outdoor setting provides a refreshing and dynamic environment to challenge yourself in.

Time: Wednesdays @ 9:30 a.m.
Rain or Shine
Location: Park on route 16 in Wellesley just beyond the to Shaws Supermarket and the softball field. Walk across the field and the running trail to the high school athletic fields.
Starting on December 1 st classes will be held at
Beyond Fitness @ 5 Summer Street Natick MA.(mapquest) Follow the stairs all the way up until you cannot go up any further.
Classes at the high school field will pick up again in late April or early May.
