This is a tremendous class for people that would like to lose 20 pounds and want the direction of trained Exercise Physiologists, Physical therapists and nutritionists to assist you in achieving your desired results.
Our knowledgeable and experienced staff has designed a program that will help you achieve your goals in a safe and effective manner. The small group aspect of the class will offer you the comradery and support of people who are trying to achieve similar goals.
The group will meet 5 days a week for 4 weeks. Each week will consist of four different workouts with one day dedicated to nutritional education and discussion. A physical assessment will be performed at the beginning and end of the 4 weeks class to assess progress.
Daily Breakdown:
Day 1: Cardio Resistance Training
Day 2: Cardio Core Class
Day 3: Mindful Eating
Day 4: Cardio Stretch Class.
Day 5: Yoga
Location:
Beyond Fitness. 5 Summer St. Natick MA (mapquest). The studio is located on the top floor. Park on the street or at the performing arts center across the street.

Cost: $600.00/ 4 week course: Class Size is limited to 6 people so sign up today.
