Back Exercises - Assisted Pull Up
Primary Muscles: Latissimus Dorsi
Secondary Muscles: Biceps
  1. Grasp pull up bar with palms facing away from you. Grip should be slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
  2. Pull yourself up until your chin reaches the level of your hands

Helpful Hints:
This can be done with a spotter, Gravitron, or similar machine. It can also be performed with an underhand grip (palms face you) or a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
