Back Exercises - Underhand Grip Pull Up
Primary Muscles: Latissimus Dorsi
Secondary Muscles: Biceps
  1. Grasp pull up bar with palms facing you.
  2. Pull yourself up until your chin reaches the level of the bar.

Helpful Hints:
Avoid swaying during this exercise. Keep your body steady.
